North Devon & Exmoor Walking and Cycling Festival 27th April to 4th May 2005 Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery of North Devon and Exmoor in friendly company. There are 43 guided walks and 12 cycling events over a full 6 days. There is something to suit all abilities. Free walks and rides on the first day, a Celebration Evening on the Friday and a free Cycling Circus for all on Monday. Seventh North Devon Festival 1st-30th June, 2005 plus associated events from May to September With 250 events in 60 towns and villages in North Devon, the Festival brilliantly mixes the best arts and entertainment (such as Jack Dee, Clare Teal and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra), the Lynton and Lynmouth Music Festival, exhibitions and sculpture, touring theatre and dance, with a celebration of North Devon's stunning environment, including GoldCoast Oceanfest and other sporting events, and fayres everywhere. Appledore Visual Arts Festival 2nd-5th June 2005 The eighth Annual Appledore Visual Arts Festival features an innovative programme of International artists.
